Prior to watching this viral TikTok, if you asked me to write down all of Louisiana’s hype songs, I would probably have wrote down every single song listed in her TikTok. It’s scary accurate and I absolutely love it.

I’ve spent half of my life doing something incredibly difficult. On the radio, at nightclubs, and at weddings, I have spent an immeasurable amount of time playing music for folks in Shreveport-Bossier. I say it’s incredibly difficult because the fact is, there’s no place like Shreveport and there’s certainly no place like Louisiana. We are the ultimate melting pot, and our music selection, especially when it comes to getting the party going, is so different from anywhere else I’ve ever been.
