Mayor Perks has adjusted the mask mandate penalties for businesses.    A non-complying business will no longer be charged, but, could be forced to close during Phase Two – or have their water service disconnected, and, or, lose their alcohol permit.

This applies to commercial buildings, public buildings, places of worship and outdoor public spaces where social distancing isn’t possible.
